Patients Know Best
Maidstone and Tunbridge Well NHS Trust have recently introduced a patient portal called Patients Know Best (PKB).
This portal provides access to patients (over 16 years) to outpatient appointment letters, outpatient appointment details and online information and resources about their care, including clinic letters.
It allows patients to amend and cancel outpatient appointments online instead of calling, and to receive notifications about upcoming and newly-booked appointments.
Patients must sign up for access via NHS login. There is a step by step guide on how to register.
